Hexi Industries is a UK veteran-founded company that builds AI compute on power that already exists. Its first product, Hexi Pod 1, is a factory-built, liquid-cooled facility for NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 racks, placed on UK sites with spare grid import so buyers avoid years in the connection queue. Every pod is designed for its site by the Hexi engine, a world model of power, supply chains, weather and cost searched by an evolutionary algorithm. The company's long-term goal is AI campuses powered by their own small modular reactors.

- What it sells
- Hexi Pod 1: a factory-built, liquid-cooled AI compute facility, designed for the buyer's site and placed on power the site already has. The buyer supplies and owns the GPUs.
- Standard design
- Pod 1-7: seven GB300 NVL72 racks, 504 GPUs, about 1.05 MW of IT on about 1.5 MVA of existing import, in two identical factory-built halls.
- Price
- About £3.8M to £5.2M for four to eight racks, excluding VAT and GPUs, where the site's transformer can be reused; about £0.45M more if not. Engine estimates until a firm offer.
- Timing
- About 15 months from reservation to facility handover where the transformer can be reused, about 20 months if a new one is needed. Engine estimates.
- How it's sold
- A £50,000 reservation, credited in full, buys a site design and a firm, manufacturer-backed price and date within 30 business days of the site check, or a full refund.
- The engine
- A model of how a facility gets from an empty plot to working GPUs, searched by an evolutionary algorithm. Tested on a 100 MW campus at three Texas sites.
- Founding team
- UK veteran-founded, with experience across the armed forces, the nuclear sector and AI labs.
- Status
- Pre-revenue and pre-selling. No pods delivered yet. Based in London; Hexi Industries Ltd is in formation.
