Sample design pack
This is what your reservation produces.
A preview of the Pod 1 design pack the Hexi engine produced for Mercia Works, a fictional Midlands industrial site with spare import and a reusable transformer. Your pack is built the same way, from your own site, power and racks.
7 racks
GB300 NVL72, 504 GPUs, plus 4 support racks
1,050 kW
total IT, on 1,600 kVA of existing import
1.15
annual PUE on the site's own 2024 hourly weather
Passes 40°C
heatwave check, with the cooling trim the design selected
Fictional site and evidence, for illustration. Price and programme in a real pack are made firm with the manufacturer's quotation.
Everything in the pack
- Single-line diagram
- Supply, transformer, LV switchgear, UPS, A and B rack distribution, cooling plant and metering.
- Site layout
- Modules, cooling compound, clearances, crane staging and fire access, to scale.
- Equipment schedule
- Every item with rating, quantity, lead time and cost allowance.
- Programme
- Dated activities from reservation to site acceptance, with a 1-in-10 late case.
- Interface matrix
- Who does what across site, utility, IT, network, partner and Hexi.
- Acceptance tests
- Factory and site tests and the integrated load test, agreed up front.
- Requirements register
- Every assumption with an owner, a source and its status, so nothing is a surprise later.
- Firm offer
- Price and dated programme backed by the manufacturer's quotation and slot (in a real reservation).
What the engine checked and flagged
- Import headroom at the 40°C peak, including battery recharge: 1,506 kVA against 1,600 kVA spare.
- Transformer reuse: test certificate, earthing, fault level and harmonics flagged for the engineer's review.
- Planning route: permitted development opinion requested; conditions flagged as unconfirmed.
- Single supply and transformer: named as single points of failure. No Tier certification claimed.
- Every engineering estimate tagged, with its range and source, until the partner's quotes replace it.
The engine tells you what it doesn't know, as clearly as what it does. Every flag becomes a question with an owner before your firm offer.
